Accounts Responsibilities:
1. Supervise accounting staff to classify, record and summarize financial data
2. Manage the company’s account payable and receivables.
3. Manage the company’s Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE) including addition,
depreciation and disposal.
4. Manage fund’s portfolio and supervise the banks & customers’ statements reconciliation
5. Payroll administration and tax planning management
6. Prepare accounts and reports including monthly review of the general ledger
7. Participate in budgeting and maintain cordial relationship with stakeholders.
Administrative Responsibilities:
8. Supervise the activities of administrative staff and ensure that staff records/files are regularly updated such as leave and medical records.
9. Ensure appropriate staff training in order to obtain quality output.
10. Proper management and control of office stores and petty cash.
11. Ensure that proper control mechanism and segregation of duties are in place and
company’s procedures are fully implemented.
